With a dynamic background in both fashion and beauty, Chelley has established herself as a Beauty Marketing Director and Beauty Expert with a passion for artistry and inclusivity. Her journey began in the fashion industry as the Back of House Director and Executive Assistant for the North Carolina Fashion Association, where she fell in love with the transformative work of backstage makeup artists. This passion led her to explore beauty on a deeper level—starting with friends and family before taking her skills to a professional level. In 2017, she partnered with LimeLife by Alcone, a professional cosmetics brand, and pursued advanced training under industry legends and professionals Danessa Myricks, James Vincent, Jacob Hyzer, Kat Aragon, and Nydia Figueroa. She also holds an Advanced Makeup Business Certificate . Inspired by the groundbreaking artistry of Danessa Myricks and Pat McGrath, as well as the need for more inclusivity in the beauty industry, Michelle is dedicated to ensuring all complexions are celebrated. Witnessing everyday women and models—especially women of color—struggle to find makeup artists who could match their skin tones fueled her mission to bridge the gap in beauty education and professional artistry. Through LimeLife she actively works to support and uplift women of color, providing them with the tools, education, and community they need to thrive in the beauty industry. As the Beauty Expert for Level 21 Magazine and a key figure in 21 Beauty, she continues to educate, empower, and uplift beauty professionals and enthusiasts alike.

Cancellation Policy

I charge 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment
